Steps a Baby Boomer Must Know about Blogging

Steps a Baby Boomer Must Know about Blogging

So you are a Senior citizen, a Baby boomer!  What are you doing with your time now?  You Need to Blog.  Blogs can be in demand and very fruitful tool if applied correctly. Waht you doing with your time and knowledge now?  Benefitting from blogs is just a matter of grabbing the attention of an audience and not doing any actual marketing of a product or service, you let them find you.  Here are the 14 most necessary steps for Seniors Citizens need to know about blogging.

1) Where do you start?  When in doubt so a Google Search

You should begin your blogging mission with a free blog hosting service such as Google Blogger.  It’s a free blog host and can be fulfilling for a young blogger.  Starting with a free blog hosting service allows you to begin blogging at once without having any advance knowledge of internet protocals or code to slow you down. You don’t have to program a thing.  If you took high school typing, you can blog.  A blog will allow you to build an audience of readers and can create a buzz for your blog.  A free blog hosting site allows you to concentrate on your message and not the internal upkeep of the blog on your own website. The most beneficial benefit of beginning with a free blog service, is in the case your blog doesn’t become successful you do not lose any money or are you left holding the bill. The great thing about a blog is that they are organized in chronological order, your latest entry is displayed first. When your blog traffic grows greatly and you are ready to upgrade to your own domain then you can simply make your last blog entry the announcement of your “move”.  Simply add a last entry stating that your blog has “moved” and type the new blog URL address. We will cover that issue when you really want to get serious as a blogger How and where do you direct visitors to your new blog site, how to keep your following, without a major inconvenience to anyone. Upgrade as you need to…but only when you need to!  For Now type in Google.com/accounts and click on Blogger.

2) Niche or What are you going to blog about?

A niche is a targeted product, service, or topic. You should first choose on a product, service, or topic which interest you. Choose an area which you can enthusiastically write about on a daily basis. You can use keyword research services like Google or Yahoo! Buzz Index to find popular searched topics. It does NOT matter if your topic is popular, as long as there is a audience for your topic.   and the topic is precisely focused then your blog should be successful. Anything can be considered a niche as long as it has a target audience no matter how large or how small the audience is. A blog about your cat can be a niche or a blog about the species of the cat family can be a larger niche market, if there are people who are interested in hearing about your cat or the species of the cat family, then you have a niche…you can even choose to build your audience for a market which an audience does not exist, but first you must build your blog.

3) Update Daily (nothing less)

This step is a must and not a suggestion. Updating your blog daily not only keeps your blog more interesting to readers, but it also gives your blog fresh content on a day to day making it more appealing to search engines. Not updating your blog on an occasional holiday or one day here and there is understandable to most, but missing days at a time or weeks is unacceptable and will most likely result in your blog being unsuccessful. To keep your blog traffic and retain your visitors interest it is a must to update your blog daily with multiple entries. Though, I am seeing a growing trend of successful blogs that are not being updated daily, but they are successful and have a stable audience who continue to visit their blog daily.  Regardless, these blogs are still updated weekly with multiple entries.  Until you have a steady audience you should try to update your blog everyday with at least 3 or more daily entries. The best way to accomplish this is to set aside 1-2 hours a day for tending to your blog and adding new entries. It may even be wise to schedule a set time which you dedicate to your blog each day. Give yourself work hours and treat your blog as a job, what happens if you don’t come to work for days or weeks…you lose money or worse you get fired! Same applies here…if you don’t update your blog for days or weeks you’ll lose visitors.

It’s no secret. You must have traffic to profit from blogs, and remember, the goal is to increase your senior years casg flow. There are numerous ways to build traffic. Paid advertising, free advertising, viral marketing, search engine marketing, RSS/XML feeds, and word-of-mouth. You should always use your blog URL address in the signature of your email, forum discussions, message boards, or any other communication media. You should submit your blog URL address to search engines and blog directories. You should submit your RSS/XML URL feed to blog ping services like Technorati, Ping-O-Matic, and Blogdigger. You should confidently share your blog with family, friends, co-workers, associates, and business professionals when it relates. Many blogs can be considered as a collection of articles, for this purpose you should submit your blog entries (those that are valuable and lengthy articles) to content syndicators like GoArticles.com or ZapContent.com.

Once submitted your articles can be picked up and published by others. The trick is to make sure you include your Blog URL address in the “About the Author” passage. What this does is create link popularity and backlinks for your blog, when someone picks up your article from the syndication then publish the article on their website the “About the Author” passage is included with each publication and the link you included is followed, crawled, and indexed by search engines. Imagine if your article is popular enough or controversial enough to produce 10,000 publications across the web. The search engines is bound to find your blog in no time with that many publications and credit you a authority on the topic, in return increasing your rank on search engines. The small effort of writing a well written article is rewarding. You should try to write at least 1 full length article every week for syndication and submit your article to at least 10 article syndicators.

5) Track Your Blog

How do you know if your blog has traffic? Just because no one is leaving comments doesn’t mean your blog isn’t growing. Many visitors do not leave comments but they are returning visitors. I know it sounds crazy but with blogs people are more interested in what “you” have to say! Many visitors do not comment their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time. Some do not comment at all, but are active daily visitors. So add your address to your signature on your email, post to other people’s blogs, online forums, in your attempt to recieve return traffic.

Tracking your blog does not have to be overly sophisticated usually a simple free page counter like StatCounter.com or Active Meter will do the trick. Install (copy/paste) the code into the html of your blog template and start tracking your visitors. Its better to use a service which gives you advanced traffic analysis, such as keyword tracking information, referral information, and search engine information. Visitors, returning visitors, and unique visitors should be standard for any page counter service you choose.

6) Listen to Your Audience – respond to what they say.

When using the proper page counter you should begin to see how others are finding your blog and if through search engines then which keywords are being used to find your blog. If constantly your blog is being found by 1 or more keywords then focus your blog around those keywords to make it even more powerful. When writing entry titles and entries use the keywords as often as possible while keeping the blog legible and interesting.

7) Multiple blogs – that means you can have “more than” one blog

Use multiple blogging accounts (free) to attract more people. This means you should have a blog with JournalHome.com and others. The more blog accounts the better (be sure to read and adhere to the Terms of Service for each site). You can copy/paste from 1 blog to all others. Having different blog accounts is like having a publication in different newspapers. This enables you to attract more visitors and this also increases the chance that 1 of your blogs will be in the search engine results for your focused keywords.

8) Short & Concise – or you will loose your audience

Aside from the lengthy article a week for syndication and publication your blog entries should be short & concise (if you can help it). Sometimes there are exceptions to the rule and you have no choice but to blog lengthy entries, but try to avoid this as much as possible. You do not want your blog entries to become hours of reading. Visitors like to easily find information and skim through your entries. It is good to be detailed and provide useful information, but do not include useless information or run away sentences that veer away from your topic.  Stay keyword-focused.

9) Digital Art – it’s easy not to blend in videos, pictures, audio, etc.

Try to include non-advertising graphics, pictures, photos, and art in your blog entries. Not too much. Once a week is fine. Graphics can sometimes bring your blog to life. Of course, the content of the blog is the most important aspect and you do not want to overshadow your content with graphics, but displaying graphics can add a bit of spice to the blog. Be choosy about your graphics and make sure they fit your entry topic. You should add content with the graphic, at least a caption. Original graphics, photos, pictures, and art is recommended.

10) Keep it Personal – We live in a Reality world

A blog is most successful when it is kept personal. Try to include personal experiences which relates to the topic of your blog entry. Stay away from the business style of writing. Write with a more personal style and use first-person narratives. Do not write any of your entries as sales letters, instead share product reviews and personal endeavors.

11) Interact With Your Visitors

You now have the traffic you deserve. You should begin interacting with your visitors. Create a regular theme such as: “Monday Money Tip” or “Picture of the Week” which entices your readers to look forward to each week.

Give your readers advance notice about a product, service, or topic which you are going to review and then talk about later. If the President was scheduled to give a speech then in your blog you should state that you “will discuss the speech and give your opinion after the speech airs. Comments will be appreciated”.

Try your best to find exclusive information that not many have. Do not disclose any confidential or secret information which is deemed illegal or can potentially get you into trouble, but try to get the scoop before everyone else does. Such as: If your blog was about Paris Hilton (the socialite) and you had a blog entry about “Paris Hilton Getting Married” then it would be interesting to your readers if you had a actual picture of Paris Hilton engagement ring. Give your best effort to dig and search the internet for exclusive information and you will possibly come up with something useful. Your readers will appreciate this and they show their admiration through word-of-mouth referrals. Imagine how many readers will tell their friends, family, and others about information they only can find at your blog.

12) Make Money – the idea is to add additional cash-flow.

Once your blog has gained some real momentum and your blog traffic is increasing then it is time for you to start thinking about turning your traffic into profit. You should use contextual advertising, like Google Adsense or Chitika. Contextual advertising is usually text links which use the content of your blog to publish targeted ads on your blog. The payout is usually based on a pay-per-click model, meaning for ever click an ad receives you are paid a small percentage of the profits. In addition to contextual advertising it is good to also use graphical advertising such as: BlogAds.com, Amazon.com, MammaMedia, or General Sponsored Advertising.

13) You’re a Professional – you will know when you are!

You’re a professional now! What are you still doing with that free blog hosting service? It is time to upgrade to a domain hosted solution. You’ll need to get a web host and choose a domain name (Godaddy.com) for your blog then check its your chosen Blog Name availability. Select the blogging software you wish to use, such as: WordPress.org, MovableType.org, TypePad, etc. When you have your new blog domain setup and ready for traffic then it is time for you to announce your move on all your previous blog accounts. Your last entry to the blog should be a “move” announcement. The title should be “Moved” and the blog entry should state something like “I have a new home for my blog, please bookmark and follow the link: http://www.YourNewBlogDomainName.com”. This way all returning visitors and new readers should not have any problem finding your new blog domain.  Plus, search engines can easily index and crawl your new blog, since your old blog should already be popular with the search engines.

At the level of a professional blogger you may want to team up with 1 or more other bloggers, these can be your close friends that have encouraged you all along.  This could create a more interesting and more powerful blog. The old saying “two heads is better than one”, more authors could mean additional advertising and exposure because each author will have a vested interest in the blog. The idea of a “team blogging” is to make your profitable and rewarding for all authors, while continuing to target the blog topic and keeping the blog interesting for your readers and visitors.

!4) It’s the most important one.  Get Started Now!

Adopting these blogging formulas should make your blogging experience much more rewarding and satisfying. There is no guarantee that your blog will ever become popular or a household name, but the effort should at least put you one step closer to adding some . Making income online is not an overnight experience like many may think, but making money online is definitely a foreseeable possibility. As well, acquiring popularity on the web is not an overnight experience, but through time, commitment, and perseverance you will be rewarded with all the complete satisfaction of blogging.

Benefits of Blogging – The truth about blogging for business

Benefits of Blogging – The truth about blogging for business

The benefits of corporate blogging are numerous. Blogging has been around since 1993, but really became mainstream in 1999. And the benefits of blogging have remained virtually unchanged since then.

I LOVE blogging and know you will too. Here’s why:

FREE lead generation - For me, putting my lead generation efforts on autopilot is the single biggest benefit of blogging. Every word I write on my blog has the ability to show up in a search result at the most popular search engines like Google, Yahoo! and Bing…. in just days (maybe even in a few hours). And when a Google customer searches for words that also appear on my blog, I have an excellent chance to have that same visitor swing by my site FREE. While my competitors are paying 50 cents… a dollar… or even up to .00 for each lead, getting the same precisely-qualified visitor to my blog at no charge is quite exciting. That’s an amazing concept worth repeating… … Every word you display on your blog is likely to show up in a Google search in hours (or even mere minutes). And when a Google search matches the words on your blog, there’s an excellent chance to have that same searcher click to read your entire blog post. That means every time you write on your blog, you’re almost instantly scaling out your lead generation efforts. How awesome is that?

Gain international fame – Blogging positions yourself as the expert on the topic you choose to write about. It’s true. The fact that you’ve put your thoughts in writing is much more powerful than saying it out loud. And the more you blog, the more your “fans” (i.e. repeat visitors) are going to adore you.

Become an instant free agent – Another one of the many benefits of corporate blogging is it gives you instant “free agent” status. Just like a star football player. When you name your blog with your actual name in the blog title, you retain ownership no matter where you blog from (or for whom you work for). In today’s economic climate, odds are you’re not going to retire at the same company you’re currently employed with. But the good news is blogging vritually bulletproofs your job security. If your boss threatens to fire you or let you go, just remind him/her that the competition would LOVE to have you continue blogging for the away team.

Blogging is easy – And blogging today is easier than ever. The latest version of WordPress sets you back about 30 minutes to install. After that, you’re done. Time to blog. Internet marketing couldn’t be easier. WordPress’ blogging software offers us hundreds (maybe even thousands) of “plugins”… almost always free software enhancements that adds additional features to your blog. I currently use 8 plugins. These plugins help speed up the load time of my blog pages… display the best-matching corporate sponsors next to each blog post… and even handle the SEO work automatically.

The bottom line is no aspect of internet marketing delivers as many benefits as corporate blogging… and the best part is it’s all entirely FREE.

Final tip – And believe it or not, adding content is the easy part. Really. There’s no reason for you to struggle with writing your blog. If you’re ready to become a corporate blogger right now, you might want to grab these corporate blogging tips, techniques and methods.

Prophetic Warning about Healthcare: Look to God: He heals mental & physical illness

Prophetic Warning about Healthcare: Look to God: He heals mental & physical illness

He heals all diseases in Jesus’ name. He talks to everyone, thru the Holy Spirit, in our thoughts. People don’t need health care. They need to look to God. He is free, doesn’t make mistakes, and has no side effects.

Poor people often have more faith in God than rich people. Out of necessity, they are forced by circumstance to look to God and they discover that he is faithful and heals.

Rich people are often at a spiritual disadvantage. Because they can afford doctors, they are lured into that direction to solve medical problems. Because they usually put their security in money, they often don’t see their need for God. So when a crisis comes, they don’t often turn in His direction for help. If you want to hear testimonies of miraculous healing, you’re more likely to find it in a poor church than a rich church. The poor pray to God for direct healing by the Holy Spirit (available to everyone). The rich often pray for God to use doctors, which is less direct, a lower level of faith. God meets us at whatever level our faith is on. Jesus said, “as your faith is, so be it unto you.”

Sickness is an opportunity for everyone to see their need for God, to develop the relationship, accept Jesus as saviour and be saved, to assure salvation in Heaven instead of Hell. John 3:16 says “God so loved the world that He sent his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him would not perish but have everlasting life. To be healed, ask God to tell you any sin you need to repent of. Any unforgiveness is sin. Forgive everyone. Repent of any drug habits (including smoking, caffeine) and ask God to deliver you from it. God wants you to be free from any drugs, which are openings for unclean spirits, which cause mental and physical illness. All drugs that affect the mind are openings for demonic oppression, which can cause illness. This includes caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, pot, lsd, cocaine, etc and psych meds as well. Don’t take any of them.

There are other possible openings for demonic oppression; what is in one’s environment that needs to be removed. This can include recordings of bad music (music inspired by demonic spirits, such as heavy metal, rap. Blues or country can be an opening for spirits of depress— which then can attack the listener. (I don’t use full names of diseases because they are caused by spirits whose “assignments” is those diseases, and they can be invoked by speaking or writing them). Listening to bad music is worse, but even having recordings of them around a person gives authority for the spirits which inspired those records to be near the person.

Bad books, which contradict the bible or are inspired by lying spirits; new age books, witchcraft books, philosophy; art, symbols such as peace signs, (which is really occult), jewish stars can invoke demonic spirits; occult objects like tarot cards or Ouija boards need to be renounced & removed. They bring curses.

Sometimes illness is caused by curses on us by sins of our ancestors. Praying Jesus’ blood over the person and breaking any curses solves this. Being saved, or born-again, means being filled with the Holy Spirit. God wants our bodies to be temples for the Holy Spirit and he doesn’t want to share them with unclean spirits.

Accept Jesus as Lord, repent of your sins, ask him to guide you and fill you with the Holy Spirit. Get baptized in Jesus’ name. Fast. Rebuke the illness in Jesus name. (Illnesses are caused by demonic spirits) I have rebuked illnesses and been cured. Don’t repeat the sin, or the sickness might return. Some sicknesses are due to specific sins. Sexual diseases, for ex. I was healed of one, and God told me not to do it again. Jesus said “Go and sin no more”. Don’t reconfess the sickness. People lose prayers by doubting. Negative confessions act like curses. So be thankful and praise God. You can read more on how to pray in the free minibook Spiritual Wisdom at http://1prophetspeaks.com

Mandated health care will be used for more government control. This will ultimately involve microchips to encode people’s healthcare info. The New Testament (rev 13) warns us against taking the “mark of the beast” which will be a mark “without which no man can buy or sell” – saying anyone who takes it will suffer eternal torment. Google Trumpet Ministry to see more on chips. Carl Sanders testifies that he helped design microchips years ago which are the mark of the beast.  Also Nick Rockefeller/Aaron Russo video about this. Rockefeller admits that one of the goals of the global elite is to chip everyone.

The new healthcare bill passed this year mandates microchips! on page 1001, it mandates setting up within 36 months a registry of medical devices, purusant to an FDA regulation passed in 2004 that explicitly describes “implantable transponders for healthcare info and id”. This was put in the healthcare bill sneakily. God has also warned me that one of the ways they intend to chip people is sneakily, using vaccines.

Healthcare is being used to depopulate the planet. One of the agendas of the global elite whose goal is the new world order, a one world government, is depopulation. They are using toxic vaccines toward this goal. Bill Gates, in a recent speech, said that reproductive healthcare (abortion, sterilization) and vaccines, which he is funding, would help lower the world population. Jesse Ventura, in his show “Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura” in an episode on Secret societies  interviews a dr. who says most vaccines have squaline, a poison, and their purpose is to make people sick and die. Avoid all vaccines. She testified meeting one of the global elite who said “the time to cull the population is drawing near”. Henry Kissinger has stated “we need to reduce the population by 50%”. His OPA as sec. of state under Nixon had a policy of only giving foreign aid to 3rd world countries who agreed to use abortion & sterilization for depopulation. They are not only trying to depopulate the 3rd world; the whole world is being subjected to this. The Council on Foreign Relations, the Bildeberger Group and the Trilateral Commission, led by David Rockefeller all have an agenda of global government with a goal of depopulation. You can read more about this in an article :”The New World Order; A prophetic warning to Jews & Christians” on my blog at http://1prophetspeaks.blogspot.com.

The Mental Health system is fraud.
They hold people in hospitals just to get insurance money. Mental Health Parity is dangerous for patients because it increases the incentives for hospitals to hold them involuntarily, for months and years. This has been going on all along, and these types of laws will only make it worse.

“Mental Health” is Orwellian double-speak. It is not mental health, it is mental death. The drugs are toxic. They cause liver, kidney & brain damage, and death, with innumerable horrible side effects.

Mental health parity is a mistake since it is an incentive for hospitals to hold people to get insurance money. Read Melody Peterson’s book Our Daily Meds (2008) about fraud in health care. Drug co’s market drugs to doctors for various purposes with no evidence they are effective. Psychiatrists who write the DSM, the psychiatric bible for mental disorders,  invent mental disorders so they can make $ as consultants to drug co’s for the “treatments”. They want to have “mental health screening” in schools as a way of labeling kids and drugging them, to sell drugs. Every kid who agrees to this gets labeled with some ridiculous label. Parents need to have their kids “opt out” of any screening program. The Citizens’ Commission on Human Rights has done a lot of work on exposing and fighting forced drugging of kids and situations where parents were threatened to have their kids taken away if they didn’t agree to drug them.

Psychiatry is all a charade. It is atheism masquerading as science. They claim mental illness is caused by chemical imbalances. This is a lie by drug co’s to sell drugs. Psychiatry admits truthfully that they don’t cure mental illness, they only “manage symptoms” This is so people will keep taking the drugs to make money for the drug co’s. Mental illness, according to the bible, is caused by demonic oppression. The psych meds are openings for demons. Since demons don’t cast out demons, only God casts them out, this is why psych meds can’t cure mental illness, they cause it. The drug handbooks say that possible side effects of anti-psychotic and anti-depressant drugs is psychosis. This has proven true; all of the suicidal school shooters were being ‘treated’ by psych meds.

Most people labeled psychotic are not – they are people with spiritual or religious beliefs and experiences that psychiatrists label delusions or hallucinations – symptoms of psychosis. Psychiatrists second question is always “Do you hear voices?”  Anyone who says they hear God or demons is thought to have auditory hallucinations, a symptom of psychosis. They are given the label schizophrenic, schizo-affective or even bipolar.  (Being hyperreligious is supposedly a symptom of mania, they then presume that the person also gets depress-, hence they are thought to be manic-depressived, which is now called bipolar. This is how they are trained.

The truth of the matter is that Everyone hears voices, as thoughts in our heads. Thoughts come into our head from the spiritual realm. The word “inspiration:” means “a spirit goes into it”. The bible (James ch 3) says there is wisdom from above and wisdom from below. Jesus said “my sheep hear my voice” John 10-:27. So it is NORMAL Christian theology to hear voices. It is not psychosis. The Holy Spirit is on the earth and talks to everyone. We need to learn to discern the difference between God’s voice and demons. Those who are oppressed by demonic “voices” need to address all of the above issues to remove them. Everyone is vulnerable to “lying spirits” if they are not careful about their environment and using drugs. Demonic spirits can affect thoughts and emotions, hence mood disorders. This can all be addressed through prayer. If you ask God what to remove around you, the Holy Spirit will answer you in your thoughts. Anyone who has accepted Jesus as Savior has authority to rebuke spirits of mental illness such as depress-, or physical illnesses.  (You pray, “In Jesus name, I rebuke the spirit of xxx). I have done so; it works. Spirits can jump around from person to person like germs. I have had it happen to me. One can pick up the agitation of another person who is drinking coffee, for ex. Children can be hyper because their parents drink coffee. People may have problems because someone around them is using drugs or has another openings for demonic spirits. (Pot smokers used to call it a “contact high”).

Psychiatry is rooted in atheism and its historical purpose has been to deliberately destroy religious people. Google G. Brock Chisholm, director of World Fed of Mental Health. He was anti-God, and said the purpose of therapy is to eradicate morality. He also said the purpose of education is to prepare people for the new world order, a one world government. Both education and mental health are arenas of control by the social engineers who want to create a one world government, a scientific fascist state. Aldous Huxley described it in his prophetic book, Brave New world, where everyone is drugged. Huxley said “a scientific fascism will be easy to sell the public”. They not only use psych meds; they are using mass medication of the population through drugs in the water; flurodation of water is an example of this. The Nazis first used it in the camps to make the prisoners docile. The same element, fluoride, is in all the anti-psychotic and anti-depressant drugs, which do the same thing. Sodium fluoride, in toothpaste and water, is a toxic poison, a byproduct of aluminum processing. It is used in rat poison. Toothpaste tubes warn not to swallow it. It has been sold to the public as a positive benefit for teeth as a total scam. You can research this on the internet. Avoid fluoridated water by using filters. Some bottled water has fluoride added.

Psychiatric definitions of mental illness are all from an atheistic, materialistic non-spiritual worldview. Christians are labelled schizophrenic, schizoaffective or bipolar. The anti-psychotic drugs hinder the Holy Spirit. They impede one’s ability to pray. The Mental Health system is unconstitutional since it violates the 1st amendment guaranteeing religious freedom.Involuntary commitment and treatments violate this right.  It says the government can not establish a state religion, and the religion of the mental health system is atheism.

Bus Hire Guy From Sydney Talks About Telemarketing Sales Rooms

Bus Hire Guy From Sydney Talks About Telemarketing Sales Rooms

Before I was involved in minibus hire I was in the telemarketing industry. One of the hot topics in the industry is sales room consolidation.

Senior Managers have all at some time or another considered the possibility of consolidating sales rooms. “The big companies have massive call centres and that’s the way to go” is often the cry. We spend so much money on sales rooms and on management. It makes sense.

Unfortunately, every time it’s been tried, it’s failed. The reasons for this are probably:

1. sales rooms have a special dynamic and atmosphere. It is somewhat like a party. Ever been to a party in a giant hall? – they’re awful – there’s just no atmosphere. Compare that to a party in a small house – lots of atmosphere with eveyone crowded in.

2. managers can generally handle no more than 18-20 individuals. Less than that number and you lose the atmosphere. More than that number and you lose the control and individual attention that telemarketers require.

3. the big companies using massive call centres are often inbound OR if they are outbound they are just “soft selling” like upgrading phone accounts and they can use predictive dialling systems that churn through numbers.*

Interestingly, the 80/20 rule applies in sales rooms. In “new” sales rooms (as opposed to renewal rooms) there will always be 20% of the staff making 80% of the sales. If you try to take our the 80% and leave the 20% performers it doesn’t work. You lose the dynamic and you lose the training ground for the next top performers.

Ok, so you can’t consolidate the operation into one big room, can you consolidate into one building? The jury is out on this issue but it seems like you can.

So, sales room consolidation in its simplest sense is an absolute disaster. Bring two sales rooms together that were making 80 sales each and in about 12 weeks you’ll have one big sales room making 80 sales (or less!).

Before I go, here’s a note on dialling systems – selling in our industry is one of the hardest types. Sales consultants make sales by weaving through communities and using personal referrals. Simple ripping through large volumes of numbers doesn’t achieve much in this industry. That sort of system suits soft selling or surveying.

Facts About Google Page Ranking And Getting Free Website Traffic

Facts About Google Page Ranking And Getting Free Website Traffic

Getting a higher google page rank and getting free website traffic

Google page ranking has become something of an enemy to the world of SEO. People rather pay for web traffic than to generate it themselves, this then leads to a believe that it is too difficult to get your pages to rank higher on google. Once you give up you will miss out on the discovery of getting your pages to rank high on google. First you must ask your self if you are serious about this then are you willing to learn how to generate traffic or with content, tags and a unique website or are you willing to pay for traffic(if you have that much money to spend).

I wrote this article to help people understand the importance of understanding the search engine. Let me tell you this as a website designer. Everytime I build a website I realize that it takes nothing else but words. The internet is just all content words so why change the rules and why pay for traffic(by the way this is something that even the gurus refuse to learn). This is a fact about google and any other search engine out there

Getting free website traffic is easy. Let me tell you every time I use dreamweaver or a hubpage to build a website I realize its all words behind the curtain. SEO means little if you dont know how to organize your word in your articles like how I am doing it right now.

Here is a fact about keywords. When most people look for keywords they always use the main keyword example: my keyword is “affiliate programs” many people will use only that one keyword in their content. That is very limited here is why, everyone is using that same keyword there is a big competition just for that one keyword. So instead of using this just one keyword like “affiliate programs” breaking it down and search for more combinations of that one like “health and nutrition affiliate programs.”

Do you understand what I mean. Keep looking into this because I am telling getting free website traffic is easy. There is no need to use google adwords once you understand the power of content on the internet. I dont use google adwords hopefully I never will. Why pay for traffic to make money online when I can make the same amount of money for FREE. Knowledge is the shortcut to all success but make sure you are getting the right knowledge. I recommend you build your own websites using a program call dreamweaver or site builders that google likes such as hubpages.
