The Ten Key Benefits of Using Home-based Telemarketers

The Ten Key Benefits of Using Home-based Telemarketers

The TEN Key Benefits of using Home-Based Telemarketers

Telemarketing is a cost-effective and efficient way to generate new business.  Using telemarketing, companies are able to connect with thousands more potential customers than they could meet face to face.  Telemarketing offers great lead generation and sales opportunities for much less expense.  When you outsource to a company using home-based telemarketers, you can receive great benefits and decreased costs.

Here are the TEN Key Benefits to outsourcing your telemarketing needs to a company that employs home-based telemarketing agents:

1: – Keeping the Costs Down – Part 1

Using a company that employs home teleworkers can keep your equipment and consumable costs down.  When they work from home, they use their own equipment, they sit on their own furniture, and they visit their own toilet using their own toilet consumables.  You don’t need to pay a company to rent office space, furniture, and stationery or provide canteen/toilet facilities.

Outsourcing your telemarketing to a company that utilises home telephone-marketers can allow you to keep Physical Resources costs to a minimum. This makes it possible for you to save money or increase the amount of telemarketers that you are using for that particular campaign.

2: – Location  - Part 1

If you wish to start generating business in a different part of the country, you can outsource this to a telemarketing company using home-based teleworkers in that part of the country, without you ever having to travel there.  It doesn’t matter where your base is, you can benefit from a geographically flexible work force.

Furthermore, if you want to begin generating business abroad, this type of outsourcing can provide overseas home-based telemarketers, all speaking to your potential customers in their native language without the cost of a call centre in that country or paying the travel, set up, and salary costs of having one of your staff run the operations abroad.

3: – Keeping the Costs Down – Part 2

Of course, keeping your salary bill low is essential during this period of economic tension.  A network of self-employed home telemarketers working for an outsourcing company aren’t going to need sick pay or holiday entitlements, which will swiftly lower the cost of hiring a workforce of proficient telemarketers.  You don’t need to train or recruit them, instead you can get trained, experienced telemarketers, using tried and tested methods for much less than employing someone directly.

4: – Flexible Hours

Telemarketers working from home such as working mums with young children need flexibility. They couldn’t get this from a regular full-time telemarketing job in an office, but they can from home-based telemarketing.   The flexibility that you can offer them is precisely the type of flexibility that they can offer you.  When a company uses flexible home-based telemarketers, they can make the calls at times that suit you because those are the hours that they want to work.  You choose the hours that the calls need to be made and the outsourcing company selects the best marketing agents for the job.

5: – Motivated Staff

Home-based telemarketers are self-starters, they know that their success relies upon the dedication, commitment and expertise that they demonstrate in getting their client the results they need.  This provides them with the motivation to generate the leads that you need and the sales you want.   Some home workers are paid hourly, whilst others work on a per lead basis.  Whatever the setup, you’ll deal only with the outsourcing company and they’ll be focused upon getting you results!

6: – Flexible Workforce

When you outsource your telemarketing needs, you can increase or decrease the strength of your workforce depending upon your specific requirements.  This is impossible with a static call centre of full and part-time workers.  But with a workforce of home-based telemarketers, you have the flexibility and freedom to respond quickly on any scale.   Furthermore, cutting back during fallow periods is easy and immediate.

7: – Pure Results

You’re outsourcing your problems when you outsource telemarketers.  Everything from procurement, management and personnel problems is removed because the results are delivered to you without the hassle of managing or motivating a team.  All you get is pure results, leads, sales – whatever you’re looking for.  Recruiting a reliable and effective team is costly and time consuming.  But when you outsource to a telemarketing company, the staff of expert telemarketing agents is recruited and personally selected for your assignment.

8: – Happy Workers

Home teleworkers are happy workers and happy workers give good service. Your workers can sit all day in their pyjamas with their feet up and still do an excellent job for you.  They get paid to work the hours that they want and if they’re not ‘Morning-People’, they can take an afternoon or evening shift to call your potential clients.  The work suits the worker and that makes for happy home telemarketers.

9:  Location Part 2

What’s more, assembling a team of highly proficient teleworkers from across the country, you can focus experience and ability on your tougher assignments.  Rather than hoping to find the telemarketing expertise in a single city to conduct a successful campaign, instead, an outsourcing company can put together the best teams because geographical location is no barrier.  This means the very best telemarketers are recruited or selected for your campaign, without the hassle of travel, advertising and recruitment processes, plus of course, the cost!

10: – Missed the Bus

Home teleworkers never have an excuse for being late for work.  This means they can start calling the moment you want them and stop when you require it. They don’t miss the bus, their car doesn’t break down and they can’t get caught in traffic! Plus they can even work under circumstances that might normally prevent the average employee from being unable to work, such as if they’ve had an operation and were recuperating, or their children are off school.

Three Steps in Using Free Blog Templates

Three Steps in Using Free Blog Templates

Nowadays, everyone can be a writer. With just a simple know-how of the internet, you can setup your own blog and start posting just about anything. Blogs are an excellent platform for marketing, too. And users make their blogs even more effective through free blog templates, which are basically blog skins. Here are a few simple steps in using these great themes.

Start with the blog

First of all, you need to choose your preferred blog host, of course. Free blog templates are designed for use of a specific blog. Also, make sure that the blog site you pick allows templates. There are plenty of blogs that allow this but some only allow templates that are from within their own site. You’ll find it very hard or even impossible to upload your own template, especially if you are using their services for free.

Luckily, there are still plenty of blog sites that allow users to upload their own templates. Your main task here to choose a host that you think will provide you with the best functionality.

Search for the template

The next step is to choose a template. You don’t have to limit yourself with just one or two. It would even be tremendously helpful to choose plenty of free blog templates to help you pick the right one better. Don’t forget to think about important considerations when choosing the template for your blog. For instance, you may want to choose a template design that will go along well with the nature of your blog. This way, you can provide your readers with an overview of what they are likely to find within your blog through the template.

Also, choose the template that will give your blog plenty of workspace, especially if you plan to place several functions within it. There are plenty of widget-ready templates. These are great choices for your blog. Don’t skip on the number of columns, too. This could mean the difference between a clean blog to a cluttered one; so be careful.

Download and upload the template you’ve chosen

Once you successfully picked the right design after looking through several free blog templates, the next step is fairly easy: download. Websites that offer templates provide an easy downloading method. And after you’ve finished downloading the template, all that is left to do is to upload the template. Some blog hosts offer a hassle-free way of uploading templates, although some may require you to copy and paste the codes. If so, make sure that the template you downloaded makes the codes accessible.

4 Viral Tips When Using Free Blogging Sites

4 Viral Tips When Using Free Blogging Sites

Using free blogging sites online is one way to get your online business noticed. There’s the usual suspects of these sites that you can use, such as WordPress.com and Blogger.com but don’t forget that there are a host of others as well like:

LiveJournal.com
Blogsome.com
Blog.com
Blogster.com
Xanga.com
Weebly.com
Thoughts.com
Vox.com
Typepad.com
WindowsLive.com

Most of these free blogging sites will have a very simple process for you to follow to get it all set up; and it usually only takes a few minutes.

But once you have, then what?

You’ve set up your blog, added content, figured in all of the bells and whistles that you wanted but you’re just not getting the traffic that you expected.

Aha, that’s where viral marketing comes into play. What we’ll do is take a look at some techniques that you can use in order to get that blog of yours noticed. It might take a little tweaking on your part but typically you’ll find that the tweaks are easy to do.

Tip #1: Add a TweetMeme and a Digg button at the top of your page. Both of these buttons will allow readers to instantly Tweet about or Digg the blog post that you made. But they must be very visible to the blog reader; so make it easy for them and add these buttons to the top of each page.

Tip #2: Use BlogCarnival.com. Visit the site and do a topic search for one of your keywords. Find a carnival that looks suited to the same topic you’re discussing and submit it. The carnival owner will then decide whether or not to include that blog post in their carnival. I know at first that a blog carnival can sound a little confusing so I suggest you read through their FAQ’s on their site. Just know that this can be a fantastic FREE way to get more traffic to your blog.

Tip #3: Paid Tweets. You can pay someone to tweet about your blog post at Retweet.it or TwitPub which are both very affordable. Or, you can make use of a new service called Fiverr which is a place where anyone will do just about anything for including tweeting your link to their Twitter list.

Tip #4: Paid Stumbles. Yes, you can buy traffic at StumbleUpon. It’s pretty cheap too, starting at.05 per stumble but this price will vary depending upon how popular your page is. Now, StumbleUpon uses nofollow links which means that you won’t get any link love from Google but it can get your page in front of a lot of people very quickly.

The bottom line is, once you have your blog up and your content ready to go, driving traffic to it is the next key thing you should focus on. These tips will get you well on your way.

How to Promote Your Blog for Free Using Blog Search Engines

Category: Blog Search Enginesadmin @ 5:27 am

How to Promote Your Blog for Free Using Blog Search Engines

When your blog is new, it’s going to take some time before the search engines crawl your blog, index the content, and eventually send a constant stream of visitors your way.

All search engines become the blogger’s best friend. A well optimized blog will receive traffic once it gets indexed by the search engines. The more pages the blogger creates, the more traffic the blog gets. Here’s how to optimize your blogs for the blog search engines.

First, make sure that you have the title of the blog post in the title tags. This is perhaps the most important factor that helps search engines identify the type of content on any particular web page. Choose something specific for the title. For example, choose a title like “How to bake green potatoes” instead of “Bake potatoes”. This helps the page to rank higher in the search engines.

Second, use a static URL whenever you can. Most popular blogs like WordPress or Typepad allows the blogger to enable an option where the URLs of the blog posts will become a static URL. Also, the keywords are included in the URLs, which make them more search engine friendly.

Don’t worry too much about keyword density. Just write naturally but make sure that all content is unique. That means there must not be huge chunks of the blog post that has already been published somewhere else on the Internet. Unique and useful content almost always rank higher than duplicated content.

Third, ensure that your blog RSS feed has been setup properly. You can setup half feed or full feeds, depending on how you want your audience to access the content. Half feed means your RSS subscribers will get a portion of your blog posts and if they like to read more, they’ll click through to your blog. If you allow full feeds, your audience can read the entire blog posts without having to visit your blog. Half feed is highly recommended.

The importance of having a valid RSS feed is that it can be submitted to many popular RSS search engines. These search engines are dedicated to indexing feeds and will help promote your blog and get you better rankings. RSS search engines provide an additional traffic source that most bloggers miss out on. So be sure to make a list of RSS search engines and submit your RSS feed.

In addition, you may also use a free service such as FeedBurner to burn your feeds so that subscribers can get updates in their email inbox without having to download additional software. This helps the blogger reach a wider audience.

Remember, there are many ways to promote a blog, and submitting your blogs (and the RSS feeds) to blog search engines and RSS search engines remain one of the most effective way to get free traffic.
